Triton Shared Computing Cluster
The Triton Shared Computing Cluster (TSCC) provides central colocation and systems administration for your cluster nodes (“condo cluster”), as well as providing a hotel service for those with temporary or bursty high-performance computing (HPC) needs.
TSCC is now open to new purchases with special vendor pricing.
For a free trial of TSCC, please send mail with your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, department, and UCSD affiliation (grad student, post-doc, faculty etc). Trial accounts are 250 core-hours valid for 90 days.
TSCC provides three kinds of compute nodes in the cluster: General Computing Nodes, GPU Nodes, and Petascale Data Analysis Facility (PDAF) Nodes.

SDSC Cloud Compute
With the goal of providing a complete Data as a Service (DaaS) package to UC researchers and affiliates, SDSC is on the verge of deploying its pilot Cloud Compute service in a production environment. Cloud Compute will have on-demand availability and can be paired with SDSC Cloud Storage for convenient, comprehensive big data analysis.
